Tauranga Wills and Trusts is the practice of Jaco Jooste, an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa. Having practiced for 16 years in South Africa as an advocate in private practice (in effect a barrister in most common law countries) in Johannesburg I moved to New Zealand. I provided tenancy, employment, insolvency and consumer rights advice, while employed with MBIE and completing a Master's degree in law at Victoria University. I passed the New Zealand law admission examinations in the years 2018/2019 and was duly admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in December 2019.
